You can get in touch with your guests via the Withlocals chat or via phone. Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the contact details (phone number) of your guest and they will receive yours! For unconfirmed bookings, you can use the chat to respond to guest requests.

Guests can also get in touch with you directly via our platform, with a direct message or a personalized offer request. Guest messages and personalized offer requests will appear in the "Messages" section of your account.
Guests often contact hosts with questions about the activity, location, pricing, availability, etc. We recommend using the Withlocals App (availability for Android and iOS) to stay up to date with your messages. Make sure to reply to guest messages within 24 hours to reassure your guests and secure your bookings!
