Once you’ve listed your experience(s), guests can get in touch with you via our platform, with a direct message, a personalized offer request, or they can directly book your experience. Guest messages and personalized offer requests will appear in the "Messages" section of your account, and bookings in the "Bookings" section.
Guests often contact hosts for questions about the activity, location, pricing, availability, etc. We recommend using the Withlocals App (availability for Android and iOS) to stay up to date with your messages. Make sure to reply to guest messages within 24 hours.
You can react to the guests via our chat system. Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the contact details (phone number) of the guest and they will receive yours to make the communication faster and easier.
Guests love to hear from you after they made a booking or sent a message. Let them know you are excited too! Reach out to them and ask them about their interests so you can offer an amazing personalized experience.
