The price of a personalized offer is set per booking. When creating a personalized offer, you need to set one price for the overall costs you have for this offer, including all of the expenses the guest requested (transportation/ tastings/ extra time, etc.), as well as the amount you'd like to earn for the booking.
Once you have created the personalized offer and the guest accepts, the usual 32% Withlocals fee will be deducted from the total price of the booking.
The guest pays the total price. Simply set how much you want to receive in the tool and the system will automatically calculate the rest for you.
You can choose to add the amount you wish to receive, in which the system will calculate the guest's price for you, or you can opt to determine how much the guest needs to pay, in which case the system will show you how much you will be earning at that price.
Once the personalized offer that you sent to the guest is confirmed through the website you will be paid as per the regular payment terms and conditions.
