Adding extras to an existing booking:
If your guest is asking to add extra stops, more people, or extra items like lunch or entrance tickets you can simply create a personalized offer on top of your existing booking. Click on the ‘create personalized offer’ button in the chat box and prepare the offer with the additional costs only. Your guest will be able to confirm the changes and make the payment for the agreed extras on the chat directly.
Changing the number of guests:
In case you need to add extra guests in an existing direct booking, please create a personalized offer on top of the existing booking with the costs needed to cover the extra guest(s) only. Your guest will be able to confirm the changes and make the payment for the additional guest(s) on the chat directly.
In case your guests informed you that the number of people on the booking is decreasing and you need to partially refund them, please contact us for assistance at email@example.com.
Changing starting time or date:
Please agree with your guest about the changes for starting time or date on the chat directly. Once you decide the new starting time or date together, use our rescheduling tool in your booking details to reschedule the booking. Please note that if the guest contacts you because of bad weather forecast, you can choose to reschedule and if that's not possible, the standard guest cancellation policy applies. Of course, in case you want to cancel because of bad or extreme weather conditions, try to reschedule and if that's not possible, the standard host cancellation policy applies.
IMPORTANT: Notify our team about any changes within 72 hours before the booking, so you can be assisted with making this change.
