What are the different reservation statuses?

You can find the reservation status of your booking in the booking overview section on your profile. Find below what each of the statuses mean:

Confirmed - Your local experience got confirmed! Your tour will take place on the booked date and time that you agreed to.

Canceled - The booking got canceled and will not take place. That’s a bummer!  Please take a look at our cancellation policy for more details.

Booking requested - You have an experience on our platform that has the “On Request” confirmation option and you received a booking. Your guest is now waiting for the confirmation. Please respond to the guest within 24 hours. In case you do not confirm the booking within 48 hours the booking will expire and your guest will be automatically refunded.

Booking rejected - This status appears after you actively decline the booking request from a customer. In case you reject the booking your guest is refunded automatically. To avoid having to reject a booking please keep your agenda updated at all times here.

Booking expired -  This status indicates that you did not confirm a booking on request within 48 hours, so it has expired and your guest has been refunded.
