My guests are requesting a different program than my original offer, what do I do?
It’s super easy to create a personalized offer! Discuss with your guests what they are looking for. Your guests may want to simply change the meeting point of the experience; add a new stop; have special dietary or mobility needs; or they may want to have a completely different itinerary than those on the website. Get easily in touch with them via the chat!
When you’re ready to create a personalized offer simply click on the “create personalized offer” button in the chat box. If they did not send you a request, follow the instructions in the video below to create a personalized offer from scratch.
You can now create a new experience or make simple changes to an existing experience. Once you are done your guest will be able to confirm and pay for the personalized offer you just created for them directly from the link you share with them.
