If you decide to cancel your booking, here is everything there is to know about our cancellation policy:
Cancelling a confirmed booking
If you choose to cancel the booking:
- More than 14 days before the originally booked experience date*: You will receive travel credits for the full value of your payment.
- Less than 14 days before the originally booked experience date*: The host will be fully paid, you won’t receive a refund.
*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.

Cancelling an unconfirmed booking
All bookings on request need to be confirmed by the host within 48 hours. If you cancel an unconfirmed bookings within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund.
