Here are some tips for dealing with late guests:
- Waited 5 mins? - If you have been waiting 5 minutes, give the guests a call on the mobile number they have provided to see if they are close by or if they are lost. Keep in mind this can happen since they are in a city completely unknown to them. If you don't have the phone number of the guest (e.g. in case of a partner booking) please reach out to the support team.
- Waited 30 mins? - We recommend you to wait for 30 minutes maximum at the meeting point. In case the guests don’t show up, and do not respond to your messages, you will receive payment for the tour, according to our cancellation policy.
