If you cannot attend an experience on the booked date anymore, you have the option to reschedule your booking or to cancel it.
A booking can be rescheduled multiple times, as long as the date has not already passed! Find out how to reschedule your booking.
If you choose to cancel your booking, make sure to first have a look at our cancellation policy to find out if you are eligible for travel credits.
To cancel your booking, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your booking overview and select the booking that you wish to cancel.
- Go to “Details” and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- You will see "Do you want to reschedule or cancel this booking? Click here”. You have the option to “Reschedule” and “Cancel” the booking.
Remember, you can always reschedule your booking as long as the date has not passed!
Important note: the cancellation will only be taken into account once you have clicked the Cancel button and have validated your choice. Agreeing on a cancellation with your host or requesting it via email will not affect the status of your booking and will not count for the application of the cancellation policy.
