If something unforeseen has come up and I am no longer able to attend my booking, how can I cancel it?
If you cannot attend an experience on the booked date anymore, you have the option to reschedule your booking for a date and time that is convenient. A booking can be rescheduled multiple times, as long as the date has not already passed. Please see here on how to reschedule a booking.
If rescheduling is not an option for and you wish to cancel your booking, please check whether you are eligible for the travel credit. You can simply check the current status of your booking on the booking details page or you can find our full cancellation policy here.
To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:
- Go to your booking overview and select the booking that you wish to cancel on the left window.
- Once you select your booking, please go to “Details” and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- You will see "Do you want to reschedule or cancel this booking? Click here”. You have the option of “Reschedule” and “Cancel” the booking. Remember, you can always reschedule your booking as long as the date has not passed.
*Please note that cancellation shall take place only when you click the “Cancel booking” button. You cannot derive any right from a written/verbal cancellation made to the host or to us.
