What happens if your guests need to change the starting time of their booking?
If your booking was instantly confirmed, or if you did not confirm the booking yet, your guests can directly reschedule their booking by picking a new date and starting time when you are available directly in your agenda.
They can do this by themselves by choosing "reschedule" in their booking details, or if you send them a reschedule request via your booking details (you will see the option to reschedule at the bottom of the booking details section). If you initiate the reschedule request, your guests have 48 hours to reply or the booking will remained confirm at the original time.
This option can be used until 72 hours before the booking takes place. In case you need to reschedule a booking in less than 72 hours please contact our team.
What if the date already passed? In case you agreed with your guests to reschedule the tour to another date or time but the date, or the initial starting time, has already passed, we can no longer modify the booking details in the system anymore.
We recommend you that you agree on a new date and time with your guests and block your agenda for this new time slot. You will receive the payment a few days after the original booking date, so make sure to inform us within 24 hours if the booking cannot take place so that we can refund your guests instead.
