What happens if your guests want to change the starting time of their booking?
If your booking was instantly confirmed, or if you did not confirm the booking yet, your guests can directly reschedule their booking by selecting a new date and starting time when you are available directly in your agenda.
Guests are able to reschedule bookings themselves by choosing "reschedule" in their booking details.
A guest can only reschedule a booking up to 72 hours before the starting time of the experience. It is not possible to reschedule about within 72 hours prior to the start of the experience.
