This feature has two goals in mind: working with you according to your schedule and using those hours when you're available to match you with opportunities such as openings in other suitable Withlocals Originals experiences, transfers, and partner possibilities.
To access the new form, you can do so from your host homepage:
In the hosting hours form, you can select all the days of the week and the starting and ending time for each day that you would like to be available to host experiences. Take into consideration your daily activities, other jobs, and other things that might interfere with you hosting tours during an ordinary week.
After your hosting hours are filled in, you can save and exit. The updated selection will be reflected in:
In your homepage
In your agenda

Keep in mind that the empty (white) spaces will be the weekly available time you shared with us, and the greyish lines will reflect the hours that you are not available to be hosting experiences.
Why is this information being collected?
This information will help us to easily match you with upcoming opportunities such as bookings, transfers, and partner possibilities according to your agenda - in a way that works for you.
Can I change my hosting hours after I set them up?
Yes, you can update them whenever you want and as many times as needed. You can do this from your homepage by clicking on “Edit your hosting hours” or from your agenda by clicking over the greyish lines once you set them up. Once you make your changes and save them, this information will be used from today onwards.
What is the difference between my hosting hours and my agenda?
Your hosting hours and your agenda will work together. This means that your hosting hours will be integrated and reflected on your agenda, but it will not replace it. Your agenda will still help you to see your bookings and manage your events. But, now it will also show your weekly available hours.
What happens if I have events that I can not plan in advance?
Nothing has changed in how your agenda and events used to work. You can still create events to block your agenda. And don’t worry if they cross with your hosting hours or not; they can overlap.
Will this information affect my host offers?
While the hosting hours won't change your host offer's structure, it will modify the availability your host offer can be booked. Keep in mind that your hosting hours are connected to your agenda, and the time slots your host offer is available will be directly related to your hosting hours availability.
Will my hosting hours be visible to guests on my public profile?
No, your hosting hours won’t be visible in your public profile, but your availability will be visible in the form of time slots. When a guest selects an experience you are a part of and the time slots when you can be selected.
