What to Do if Your ID Verification is Unsuccessful:
After you submit your ID for verification, our system conducts automated checks to ensure the document's validity and compliance with our security standards.
Tips for Successful ID Verification:
To ensure a smooth verification process, please follow these guidelines when submitting your photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID, etc. - Please do NOT use your Guiding License as a proof of identity):
- Valid Document: Ensure your ID is currently valid and has not expired.
- Clear and Legible Image: Capture a clear, high-resolution photo with no blur or glare, making all information easily readable.
- Full Document Image: Ensure the entire ID document is visible within the frame.
- No Scans or Black and White Images: Submit only color photographs of the original document. Scans and black and white images are not accepted.
- Front and Back (if applicable): For certain documents, such as driver's licenses, it is necessary to capture images of both the front and back.
Please note that manually bypassing this verification is not possible.
