After you submit your ID for verification, our system conducts checks to verify that the document submitted is valid and meets our security standards.
If your verification is unsuccessful, you will be able to try again after 24 hours. We will notify you with an email if this is the case and direct you to the ID verification section of your profile.
To ensure a successful verification, you need to take a picture of a valid photo ID, like your passport, drivers license, or national ID, checking that:
- it hasn’t expired
- it’s clear & easy to read, with no blur or glare
- the whole ID is in the picture
Please note that scans and black and white pictures of documents will not be accepted. For some documents (like drivers licenses) it's necessary to take a pictures of both the front and the back of the document.
